Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone dressed in their best traditional wear as they joined the Ambani family for their Ganesh Visarjan festivities on Thursday night.
The Bollywood power couple, who is good friends with the business tycoon, joined them on a truck adorned with flowers as they began the Visarjan celebrations. With a live band accompanying the procession, Ranveer was seen getting into the groove and dancing away to the beats of the dhole. Deepika, on the other hand, looked on in amusement at her husband’s antics.
Ranveer and Deepika recently made a joint appearance at the Filmfare Awards, where the hunk picked up the Best Actor award for his role as Kapil Dev in ’83. Deepika shared a special post for her man on Instagram, declaring him as, “Simply the best. Better than all the rest.”
On the work front, the couple has a long list of films awaiting their release. While Ranveer has ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, Rohit Shetty’s comedy film ‘Cirkus’, Deepika has ‘Pathaan’ with Shah Rukh Khan, ‘Project K’ with Prabhas and ‘Fighter’ with Hrithik Roshan. Ranveer and Deepika are also rumoured to star in the sequel of ‘Brahmastra’. As the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer get ready for its release next week, rumours are rife that DeepVeer will be the next lead pair in the fantasy franchise.
