Priyanka Chopra Jonas has displayed motherly instincts several times, and no, not just after daughter Malti Marie came into her life. The actress is quite a doting parent to her pet dog Diana, as she continues to express immense love for her on social media.
It’s Diana’s birthday today and PeeCee wished her with a super cute story. The actress also wrote, “We are so lucky to have you.” Check out her wish here!
There’s also a page for her pet on Instagram and even last year, an adorable video on Diana’s birthday was shared. The caption said, “Every day is my day at the #Jopra house.”
In an interview with Financial Times, Chopra said that Diana had been rescued from the streets of Atlanta. “She’s a chihuahua-terrier mix, I think, but we’re not completely sure. I had no idea what to do with a pup, but it was she and I, alone in New York City. It was Diana I snuggled into and Diana who barked whenever the door opened. With Diana, I had somebody to take care of and, in return, she took care of me,” confessed the actress.
