The Umbrella Academy season 2 finale introduced the “Sparrow Academy”. The Sparrow Academy is a new group of superheroes formed by Reginald in an alternative universe in which our superheroes now live. The leader of the Sparrows, Marcus, will keep a check on the family. While Fei is a lonely misanthrope and also the smartest person in the room. Alphonso has a biting sense of humour, Sloane is a romantic dreamer, Jayme is a quiet loner and her only friend is Alphonso. Loosely based on Gerard Way’s third Umbrella Academy comic book, Hotel Oblivion, and naturally, the episodes also refer to the mysterious hotel named Hotel Oblivion.
