20-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer announced that he will retire after the Laver Cup in London. Soon after the announcement, social media broke with congratulatory messages lauding Federer’s rich contribution to the sport. Bollywood celebrities too dropped in heartfelt messages for the tennis player. Having said that, actress Deepika Padukone is one such celebrity who had the opportunity to play a match with tennis legend. Fans did a little digging and found a bunch of pictures of the duo. Reportedly, they had attended the inaugural ceremony of the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) in Delhi back in 2014.
Earlier, Deepika’s sister Anisha Padukone shared a picture of herself with Federer and wrote, “Casually flexing for relevance with these pictures.
