Ever since he was a kid, Tylor Tuskmon has dreamed of becoming a Scarer just like his idol James P. Sullivan, and now that dream is about to come true… or not. The day he arrives at Monsters Incorporated to begin his dream job as a Scarer, he learns that scaring is out and laughter is in! After being reassigned to the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team, Tylor sets his sights on a new goal: figuring out how to be funny and becoming a Jokester. he new season will start on April 5 on Disney Channel and May 5 on Disney+.
Monsters at Work season 2 is coming to Disney+ in 2024, with a star-studded cast that includes many returning names from Monsters Inc. and Monsters University. The Monsters Inc. spinoff follows Tylor Tuskman, an aspiring MU scare graduate starting his career at Monsters Incorporated. Unfortunately for Tylor he joins the company just after the events of Monsters Inc. Scaring is out, laughter is in, and Tylor finds himself reassigned to MIFT the Monsters Inc. Facilities Team.
While this isn’t what Tylor had in mind he quickly finds companionship with the likes of Val, Fritz, and the various other employees of Monsters Inc. By the end of the first season Tylor finds his way to the Laughter floor, setting up Monsters at Work season 2’s upcoming plot. With a confirmed cast that includes The Rookie’s Nathan Fillion and Parks and Recreation’s Aubrey Plaza there’s already plenty of anticipation for the arrival of Monsters at Work season 2 on Disney+.
